Metric Seals, Inc. Return Policy

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

RMA Number Required:

• All returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us to obtain one or use our online customer portal.

Restocking Fee (Non-Error Returns):

• If the return is not due to an error on our part, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

Error Returns:

• If we shipped the incorrect item, we will gladly accept the return for a full refund or exchange, with no restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or custom-produced items.Cord stock, guide band cuts, and items cut to specific lengths. Items that have been installed or in used condition.

Return Time Limit:

• Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the invoice date. Items outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Issued RMA:

• Once issued, you have 14 actual days to return your product back to us for a refund or exchange. After 14 days your refund is invalid and wont be honored.

Refund Processing:

• Upon approval of your return, refunds or account credits will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refund Amount:

• Refunds will cover the invoiced price of the returned item, less any shipping or related expenses.
• Refunds will reflect the price you paid (invoice or discounted price), not the retail price.

Refund Exclusions:

• Refunds are not issued for items that have been exchanged or replaced.
