Orders normally ship out the same business day but sometimes will take 2 business days..

Currently we only ship to Canada, Mexico and US Territories.

Yes! Just select "collect" under shipping method and a new box will appear to add your shipping account number.

All the major credit cards and PayPal. Currently we do not accept Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Yes! If you live in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky or Illinois when you place an order you will see Local Pickup as an option. Please allow 1 hour for your pick up to be ready.

Yes! We currently only use USPS Priority Mail, UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Express services.

Yes! We ask that you kindly clean the parts up before sending them for indentification.

Yes. You must ask for an RMA authorization first before sending back your parts. You can request an RMA from your online portal. There might be a 30% restock on parts, but you will be notified prior to sending back the items.

No, sorry if it was a special order or a specific cut length of cord or guideband material, we can not take it back. All sales are final.

If the special ordered part or a specific cut length was incorrect and was Metric Seals, Inc. fault, we will gladly take it back and make it right. Contact us from the website, call us or email us and we will take care of the issue.
