U-Cup with wiper lip (double-lipped wipers); sealing edge of wiper lip is lightly chamfered. Double wiper for improvement of overall tightness. The double-lipped wiper can take pressures up to 1.6 Mpa. Sealing lips directed inwards fulfull the U-packing function. Wiper lip with lightly rounded sealing edge wipes dirt away safely and leaves a residual oil film on the retracting rod. Tightness, working life and friction behavior of the entire system are affected positively. Made from 95 Shore A Polyurethane.
