Wipers are sealing elements which are used in hydraulic applications to obstruct all kinds of negative foreign particles attempting to enter the cylinders. K27 is a single acting double wiper ensuring that foreign particles are not introduced into the hydraulic cylinders.  The lip is designed in a particular way that it reliably wipers off the dirt but leaves a residual oil film on the rod.
