EU (Pneumatic Rod Seal)

The self-retaining pneumatic rod seal/wiper set profile EU for piston rods in pneumatic cylinders combines three functions; sealing, wiping, fixing.

Application:

• Working Pressure: = 16 bar

• Working Temperature: -35°C to 80°C (-31°F to 176°F)

• Surface Speed: = 1 m/s

Advantages:

• No danger of corrosion as the combined fixing/scraping part renders additional circlips etc. unnecessary.

• No dust corners thanks to the special design in the vicinity of the wiper.

• Low friction values and high length of operation thanks to the balanced geometry of the sealing lip profile in conjunction with a polyurethane compound; wear-resistant, elastic, and durable.

• Suitable for use in dry as well as oil-free air after initial lubrication on assembly.
